At Shear Fanatics, each cranial prosthesis, medical wig, and ready-to-wear unit is created with precision, care, and hygiene. Because of the custom and medical nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom & Medical Units

All custom cranial prosthetics and insurance-covered medical units are individually designed and handcrafted for each client.

• These units cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
• Each piece is made specifically for one client and cannot be resold or refitted.

Ready-to-Wear Units

Due to hygiene and health regulations, all ready-to-wear wigs are final sale.

Each unit is sanitized, inspected, and packaged for safety before shipping. Please review measurements, color, and style before purchase.

Defects or Shipping Issues

If your unit arrives damaged from shipping, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at themedicalwigdoctor@shearfanatics.com with your order number and photos.

Slight variations in color, curl, or density are normal and not considered defects.
